Producatorul de sisteme de incalzire RETTIG ICC, unul dintre liderii pe piata mondiala de profil, anunta achizitionarea a 91% precente din compania italiana de sisteme de incalzire, ventilatie si aer conditionat Emmeti S.p.A., procesul de achizitie urmand sa se incheie pana la sfarsitul anului 2015.

Emmeti Group, creat in 1976, este unul dintre liderii italieni in productia de sisteme eficiente de incalzire, instalatii sanitare si aer conditionat. Compania are sediul central in Vigonovo di Fontanafredda, langa Venetia, si detine trei fabrici in nordul Italiei, avand peste 20.000 de clienti, instalatori si comercianti, o cifra de afaceri in 2014 de 109 milioane euro si circa 320 de angajati. 

Preluarea companiei italiene sustine strategia de dezvoltare si inovatie a Rettig ICC, prin intrarea Rettig ICC pe noi piete geografice si introducerea de noi tehnologii in oferta companiei pentru confort interior. Tranzactia contribuie totodata la consolidarea pozitiei Rettig ICC pe piata de sisteme de incalzire prin pardoseala. 
Achizitia Emmeti va permite Rettig ICC diversificarea ofertei pentru produsele menite sa asigure un confort interior de la radiatoare panou de otel la sisteme performante de incalzire prin pardoseala, conducte, fitinguri si sisteme de control. Emmeti adauga noi tehnologii si segmente de piata, prin departamentele de pompe de caldura, aer conditionat, ventilatie si panouri solare.

Rettig ICC, parte a Rettig Group Ltd., este lider european in furnizarea sistemelor de caldura si confortul interior al locuintelor. Avand 15 fabrici in 11 tari, Rettig ICC proiecteaza, produce si furnizeaza radiatoare, sisteme de incalzire prin pardoseala, sisteme de valve si control in peste 50 de tari, generand in 2014 o cifra de afaceri de 554 milioane euro.

Rettig ICC expands new markets through the acquisition of Italian EMMETI S.P.A.
Rettig ICC acquires 91 per cent of Emmeti S.p.A., the Italian heating, ventilation and air conditioning company (HVAC), from the Italian private equity investor PM&Partners and Mario Martin, co-founder and CEO of Emmeti. The acquisition supports Rettig ICC`s growth and innovation strategy as it takes Rettig ICC into new geographical markets and brings in new technologies to the company`s indoor climate comfort offering. The transaction also strengthens Rettig ICC`s position on the underfloor heating market. 

The acquisition of Emmeti supports Rettig ICC`s diversification of its indoor climate comfort offering from traditional steel panel radiators to higher-growth underfloor heating (UFH), pipe fittings and controls. Emmeti also brings new technologies and businesses through its heat pump, air conditioning and solar panel business. 
Whereas Rettig ICC has traditionally been strong in most parts of Europe apart from the south, Emmeti has a particularly strong market position in Italy. Emmeti has also a strong customer base in several other markets, such as Brazil and Spain, where Rettig ICC has no or limited presence. 
Given the complementary geographical presence and the good fit between the production facilities of Rettig ICC and Emmeti, significant synergies are expected to be achieved. Emmeti has three manufacturing plants in Northern Italy, one of which is in Brescia (FIV S.r.l.), the heart of the Italian brass processing district.
