Institutul pentru Case Pasive Germania introduce noi categorii privind certificarea cladirilor
Institutul pentru Case Pasive Germania, bazandu-se pe ideea ca energia regenerabila este complementul ideal pentru eficienta Casei Pasive Standard, a introdus noi categorii pentru certificarea cladirilor care vizeaza aceasta relatie. Astfel, Institutul pentru Case Pasive a dezvoltat un nou sistem de evaluare bazat pe energia primara din surse regenerabile, care ia de asemenea in considerare energia generata de o cladire.
Noul sistem de evaluare consta in 3 clase de Case Pasive:
• Casa Pasiva Clasica, adica traditionala Casa Pasiva.
• Casa Pasiva Plus, in care este generata energie suplimentara, cum ar fi din celule fotovoltaice. Astfel de cladiri se spune pentru ca produc aproximativ la fel de multa energie cat consuma rezidentii acesteia, cel putin la un calcul net anual.
• Casa Pasiva Premium, in care se produce mult mai multa energie decat este necesar, stabilind un nou obiectiv pentru partile interesate.

Passive House Institute introduces new categories for building certification
The Passive House Institute, focusing on the idea that renewable energy is the ideal complement to the efficiency of the Passive House Standard, introduced new categories for its building certification in order to provide reliable guidance for this combination. PHI has developed a new evaluation system based on renewable primary energy (PER), which also takes proper account of the energy that a building generates.
The new evaluation system consists of three Passive House classes:
• The Passive House Classic, which is the traditional Passive House.
• The Passive House Plus, in which additional energy is generated, such as from photovoltaics. Such buildings are said to produce about as much energy as residents consume, at least in a net calculation over the year.
• The Passive House Premium, in which far more energy is produced than needed, setting a new goal for stakeholders.
